Plum Flower tea or in Thai called “Cha Dok-Buay” is one of original tea in our shop. We have been producing it since we settled up in Thailand. Dok-Buay,一枝梅茶YiZhiMeiCha, means “One plum flower tea” which implies the taste and fragrant. The tea provides light fragrant and strong taste, that we have been trying hard to reserve it. Color of the water is normal brown, not too much strong. Drinking with ice or without are also good options.
