Using 1 table spoon of Sing Ma Thai Tea Mixed per 200 milliliters of boiled water. Steeping for 10 minutes or poured back repeatedly between two vessels for 3-4 times. Filter and discard the steeped powder, leaving only the tea to remain. Adding 50 ml. of condensed milk, 20 grams of sugar and 40 ml. of evaporate milk. The tea can be served with ice. If you prefer hot so using condensed milk 40 ml. and Evaporate milk 20 ml.

Filter and discard the steeped leaf, leaving only the tea to remain. Adding 50 ml. of condensed milk, 20 grams of sugar and 40 ml. of evaporate milk and ENJOY. If you prefer hot so using condensed milk 30 ml., evaporate milk 20 ml. and ENJOY.
Black Tea Honey Lemon
Using 2 table spoons of Sing Ma Black Tea per 200 milliliters of boiled water. Steeping for 10 minutes or let’s tea leave boil lightly for 15 minutes. Filter and discard the steeped leaf, leaving only the tea to remain. Adding 40 ml. of honey and a lemon. Enjoy the tea
Using 30 grams of Sing Ma tea leaf per 1 liter of water. Put the tea in boiling water and boil lightly for 10 minutes. Can be serve with ice or without ice as drinker prefer. Good for big tea pot which drinking with big family or restaurant. Optionally, by using Chinese brewing method to enjoy this kind of tea as well.
Using 15 grams of Sing Ma Shui Hsien Tea per 150 ml. of boiled water.
1st pour 150 ml of boil water into tea and pour out the water immediately (Warm up, don’t drink)
2nd pour 150 ml of hot water into tea and pour into cup immediately.
3rd pour 150 ml of hot water into tea and steep for 5 seconds.
4th pour 150 ml of hot water into tea and steep for 15 seconds.
5th pour 150 ml of hot water into tea and steep for 1 minute. Drinking hot or with ice as drinker prefer.
