Our traditional tea producing since 1914
My face was back….happened after went into the room where we
are using for preparing charcoal for tea baking. It makes us even more
respectful to the traditional tea production methods.
That feel respected because each step requires
meticulousness, very attentive in making. Temperature can not too high or low
time as well. Otherwise, too burn or not tasty. Just a process of preparing
charcoal but very time consuming.
Inside the tea
baking room is like a sauna. Although, the smell is very fragrant.
Our Shui Hsien and Tin Guan Yin are still using this
traditional method. It is our intention to reserve
the originally tea producing method which we learned from our ancestors.
